For rest days and sometimes as additional cardio, I do dance workouts (MaddFit, The Fitness Marshall, Dance Fitness by Jessica, etc.) and hike. I tried one of Chloe’s full body workouts earlier this summer and never tried another one after tapping out Since then I’ve utilized her weighted arm workout into my regular routine but nothing more. After the challenge, I lost 1.4 kg (now down to 55.5kg) and I did see results. I am 52, started with a weight of 56.9 kg. D: Marie Calendar chicken pot pie and white rice. L: Leftover shrimp and broccoli fettuccine. I also did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (level 2) while doing the 2 weeks shred challenge. B: Cinnamon raisin bagel with blueberry and plain cream cheese. I’ve been eyeing those Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge result videos on Youtube and finally decided to give it a try after watching Kharissa Rae‘s. I just finished the entire program today YAY It took me 16 days to complete the whole program. Ideally, the next program would be slightly easier than the 2020 2 Weeks Shred. Since I find Chloe’s workouts challenging, I’m looking for a new program to start. I found it hard but doable and feel accomplished for having completed it. Today I finished the 2020 2 Weeks Shred, which was my first Chloe Ting program.
